Continue through historic Plymouth to the working Plimoth Grist Mill, where kids and adults can discover how water power was used to turn corn into flour. How much walking is involved?
This is an active tour with about 4 hours of walking spread across the day. While we drive between Plymouth's historic sites, there is walking required at many of them, so comfortable walking shoes are essential. If mobility is a concern, please contact us to discuss options.
Is this tour appropriate for children?
Yes! Plymouth is a family favorite - kids love boarding the Mayflower II and exploring the living-history village at Plimoth Patuxet Museums, where costumed interpreters bring the 1620s to life, and the Grist Mill encourages interaction as well!
What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. We provide umbrellas, but you should check the weather and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
Is lunch included?
Lunch itself isn't included, but we build in a 90-minute break in downtown Plymouth to grab a bite and browse the shops on your own.
Do I need to buy tickets to the sites separately?
Nope! Admission to the Mayflower II, Plimoth Grist Mill, and Plimoth Patuxet Museums is included in your tour price, so there's no need to book anything yourself.
