Do we go inside any buildings?

Yes! Admission to Old North Church is included in your tour. You'll have time to explore this historic church where the famous lanterns were hung before Paul Revere's Midnight Ride. Other stops on the Freedom Trail remain outside.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome on this tour. The combination of walking and boat cruise keeps the experience engaging for younger guests. The walking portion is about 2 hours with a break at Old North Church before boarding the boat.

Please note: We cannot guarantee wheelchair or stroller accessibility of any buildings, and we do not recommend this tour if such access is required.

What if it rains?

Tours run rain or shine. New England has funky weather patterns, and sometimes rain is part of the experience! We recommend bringing an umbrella and wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate walking shoes. The boat portion offers some covered areas for protection from the elements.

For safety reasons, the boat captain has the authority to cancel the boat portion of the tour due to severe weather conditions. In the event of a weather-related cancellation of the boat portion, guests will receive a partial refund.
