Pick Up
Your adventure begins when your friendly guide picks up your family at your door in a comfortable minivan. Get ready for a fun day exploring Boston!
Paul Revere House
Step inside the oldest remaining structure in downtown Boston! Walk through the rooms of Paul Revere's House and imagine what life was like for a colonial family - and what it felt like on the night of April 18, 1775, when Revere slipped away to warn the patriots that the Redcoats were coming.
Old North Church
A short walk from his house, Paul Revere Mall is anchored by a famous bronze statue of Paul Revere on horseback. From here, look up at the steeple of the Old North Church, where the lanterns were hung that fateful night.
USS Constitution
Step aboard "Old Ironsides" and explore the ship's decks (hours permitting). Kids love the captain's quarters, the hammocks below deck, and the steering wheel photo opportunity on the upper deck. Learn why this warship never lost a battle!
Bunker Hill Challenge
Ready to burn off some energy? Race up the 294 steps of Bunker Hill Monument! Kids love the challenge, and the views from the top are amazing. Don't worry - there's no pressure, and the park around the monument is great for running around too.
Boston Public Garden
Sit on the famous Make Way for Ducklings statues for a photo, then see if you can spot the real ducks swimming in the pond! Walk through America's first botanical garden and enjoy a peaceful moment after your adventures.

Start in Boston's historic North End, where you'll step inside Paul Revere's actual home - the oldest surviving structure in downtown Boston. Visit the USS Constitution and imagine life as a sailor on this undefeated warship, then challenge your family to climb the 294 steps of Bunker Hill Monument. It's a great way to burn off some energy! End your adventure at the Public Garden, where you'll find the beloved Make Way for Ducklings statues and often real ducks to feed.
Throughout the tour, your guide will keep everyone engaged with Tour Quizzes - fun trivia that tests what you've learned. There might even be prizes for the winners!

help Frequently Asked Questions
What ages is this tour best for?
This tour is designed for families with children ages 4 and up. The interactive elements - Tour Quizzes, physical activities like climbing Bunker Hill, and exploring Paul Revere's House - work best for kids in this age range. Toddlers are welcome too, but they may not engage as much with the activities. We're happy to adjust the tour for your family's specific needs!
Is this tour stroller-friendly?
The tour includes both walking and driving portions. Strollers can be accommodated on most of the outdoor walking sections, and we can store them in the van between stops. However, some historic sites like the Paul Revere House have steps and narrow passages.
Please note: We cannot guarantee wheelchair or stroller accessibility of any buildings, and we do not recommend this tour if such access is required.
Do we have to climb Bunker Hill Monument?
Not at all! Climbing the monument is completely optional. There are 294 steps with no elevator, so it's a good workout. Kids often love the challenge, but there's no pressure. The park around the monument has plenty of space to explore, and the views from ground level are still great.
Do you provide car seats?
We do not provide car seats. Massachusetts law requires proper car seats until children are 8 years old or 57 inches tall. Please bring your own car seats - we're happy to help install them! If you arrive without proper seating, we cannot provide refunds, so please plan ahead.
What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine! Since this tour includes a private vehicle, you'll stay comfortable and dry between stops. We recommend bringing an umbrella and weather-appropriate clothing for the walking portions. Many of Boston's sites are still enjoyable in light rain, and kids often love splashing in puddles!
